SUN CREME

An anti-UV material, but what's its purpose? To protect your eyes from an invisible danger... UV rays. UV radiation is always present, in winter or summer, on sunny or even overcast days, and it can be harmful to your eyes and their surroundings. To preserve your vision, the lenses of our sunglasses are made of polycarbonate mixed with "anti-UV" material that protects you from the sun's harmful rays (UVA and UVB).

POLARIZING

The best for your outdoor activities! Polarized lenses intensify colors and improve contrasts and reliefs. They provide very good protection and excellent comfort, the light only arrives on 1 axis, and also protect against glare by cutting the rays that are reflected on a horizontal surface (water, snow, etc.). The only downside is that it is difficult to read screens (phone, etc.) because the polarizing treatment cuts the brightness of the screens.

GLARE

Classification of tinted glasses according to ISO 12312-1: - Category 1: lightly tinted glass for reduced sunlight. - Category 2: medium tinted glass for average sunlight. - Category 3: dark glass for strong sunlight (sea and mountains). Our lenses are made of polycarbonate, a highly impact-resistant material, but the major drawback is that they are prone to scratches. Please note that even if your lenses are scratched, the UV protection remains the same; the mirror effect is purely aesthetic. The same goes for the color of our sunglasses. Whether they are gray, brown, or colored, you can choose your glasses according to your preferences; you will be protected regardless of the color.

FRAMES CREATED FROM BIOSOURCED POLYMER

For the frame of these sunglasses, we use Rilsan Clear G850 Rnew, a polymer derived from castor oil. This bio-sourced material is a real asset in our developments and allows us to obtain a lightweight and flexible frame.

1.5MM LENSES TO REDUCE OUR MATERIAL CONSUMPTION

Reducing our environmental impact also involves reducing our material consumption. By reducing the thickness of our lenses, this allows us to use less material and also makes our products lighter, while maintaining the same characteristics.

SPECTACLE FRAMES WITH LESS IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT

To limit the environmental impact of our glasses, we can also take action on the materials. On the frames of these sunglasses, we limit the use of varnish and paint; everything is integrated directly into the product's mold. This isn't enough yet, which is why we're working to make these sunglasses 100% eco-designed one day.

Anti-UV lenses block 100% of harmful rays and category 3 protects you from glare. Lightweight, with good support, it is the ideal protection for hiking.
