To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.

      The new MFOAM foam, developed with our Decathlon footwear engineers (Footwear Industrial Division), is both ultra-soft and responsive. It provides real comfort throughout training sessions on all terrains.

      CHILD-SPECIFIC CUSHIONING

      The child is not a miniature adult, he has specific needs that we have identified with our research center "Sportslab" and clinicians. Our children's running shoes are specially designed for his practice. A low drop of 6mm to learn to run on the forefoot and be close to the ground Adapted cushioning that should not be too soft but which protects him from the repeated shocks of running. Good flexibility and lightness to facilitate the rolling of the foot
