To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.

      WHY IS THE JOGFLOW 100 SHOE DESIGNED FOR JOGGING?

      When you run, the shock wave generated with each impact on the ground is approximately 3 times your weight. This wave travels from the heel to the top of the spine. The joints play the role of shock absorber but they are put to the test. Choosing a good pair of running shoes is therefore essential to absorb shocks and disperse vibrations.

      WHAT IS THE CUSHIONING FOR IN A JOGGING SHOE?

      To run healthily, you must protect the body (joints, back, knees, etc.) effectively from shocks and vibrations. The cushioning of the JOGFLOW 100 shoe has been designed to limit the impact of these repeated shocks from your first run.

      HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE OF MY RUNNING SHOE?

      To guarantee optimal comfort with the RUN CUSHION, choose one size larger than usual, there must be 1cm between your toe and the end of the shoe because your foot swells during exercise.

      We advise you to avoid washing your shoes in the washing machine, as this is detrimental to their technological and physical properties and can cause the mesh on the upper to peel, shrink, or tear. We recommend washing them as soon as they are very dirty (mud) with soapy water and a small synthetic brush. Definitely no bleach! Rinse with fresh water. To dry your shoes, avoid placing them near a heat source.
