To take your measurements:

  • Head:  Wrap a measuring tape around your head, above the eyebrows. Make sure it's parallel to the ground when your head is straight.
  • Chest:  Wrap a measuring tape around your back and come forward as far as your chest goes. Make sure it is straight and parallel to the ground.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Size:  Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button.
    Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.
  • Main:  Hold a tape measure at the bend of your thumb. Wrap around your palm.
  • Feet: hold on stand against a wall, heels touching the wall. Place an object (eg a book...) against your longest toe.
    Measure the length between the wall and the object.

Our goal was to ensure the foot wouldn't move at all in the shoe, even during the most powerful lateral movements, thus ensuring power transmission between the foot and the ground, in order to be as fast as possible on the pitch.

      To choose your BASKETBALL shoes correctly, you must: 1- Determine your level and your playing frequency. 2- Identify your main expectations related to your playing style: responsiveness and speed of movement or high shock absorption for powerful supports 3- Choose the correct height of the upper: covered ankle or not?

      We recommend trying on the shoe before your first workout and choosing your usual basketball size. Feel free to go up a size if it feels tight. There should be about 1 cm between your toe and the end of the shoe, as the volume and length of your foot will tend to increase during exercise.
